POST 1: 2019

Resources are not why people fail instead of it, is the lack of resourcefulness (Passion, creativity, honest, sincerity, love) when you have those, you can have the resources to which you blame you do not have.
POST 1: 2019

Thank you 2019

After a very challenging year I would like to share some of things I learned in 2019, all the comments are from my own experiences or mentors, I simply would love to share it with someone that might be curious to read. However, I would like to make sure that I am not a guru.

To begin with, I do not know a person who learned to box and have not get any hit, getting into the ring, accepting to be hit and learn to like it is the only way to achieve success. Having said that, after analyzing the success of my mentors I can conclude that the main factors of a business success are 1 Timing 2 Story behind the product 3 Team execution.

I realize that you have to spend less time thinking on the idea and more time on the execution. I think you have to test the market as fastest as you can and adapt your product/service to their needs. If I could give you serious advice it will be to have a very strong mission, otherwise people will only work for money and it will be very easy for a company with more resources to steal your best talent.

Speaking about resources, I hear from people all the time “I don’t have money, I don’t have the right contacts, I don’t have the technology” those are resources. However, resources are not why people fail instead of it, is the lack of resourcefulness (Passion, creativity, honest, sincerity, love) when you have those, you can have the resources to which you blame you do not have.

To be an entrepreneur, you need to have a lot of mental strength, because if you want to lead by default you will go thought unexplored and painful roads. That's why I love Japan, because it gave me the mental strength despite the complex of its norms and culture.

Thank you.
